There are a lot of online E-Learning competency based systems available and on the surface, they all look similar. Once you get under the surface, and try to apply them into your business and training model, you'll find that most cost way too much and you are stuck with a software solution that you can't change to suit your needs. Try to apply a cost in the many tens of thousands for an LMS to a business model and get return on investment. It doesn't fit. The systems in use today in TAFE and within the VET sector are very expensive and will not work in the mainstream of the VET sector. You can use them but you have no control over your own destiny.

Talking the talk is also very different to having walked the walk. Our RCC online system is tried and proven online software and has some 1500 units of competency available as well. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg and is capable of return on investment even to a small Training Organisation.
